Breathe Easy meetings, which are open to all, are at the Southgate Centre 1:30 pm on the last Wednesday of each month.
Our Singing Group will be at 2pm till 3pm every Wednesday (unless otherwise stated) at Southgate Community Centre cost £5
It is a requirement of Southgate centre that you wear a mask or face covering on entry to the building, though once you are in the hall wearing a mask is optional.
