We now have a social sing along group, singing the Golden Oldies and you don’t have to be able to sing to join in!

We also have a class of specially designed exercises for people with heart and respiratory problems. You can come and enjoy exercise in safety being either seated or standing suited to your level of ability. We will help you find the correct level of exercise, helping you to improve and achieve your potential.

Notts West A+LUK Support Group Awareness Day
Volunteers from Nottingham West support group were joined by local Health Care Professionals to raise awareness of lung health conditions at a local supermarket. It was very successful with HCPs carrying out 27 breathing tests. They referred 10 people to their local GPs for further tests.
